What data do we collect?
We store Personal Data that you give to us when you create an account, login on our application, make a reservation or store your preferences. The reservation data is made anonymous after we no longer need it, which is 14 days after the reservation expires.
The data that we create is collected automatically when you access our website or app, e.g., IP address, device ID or what browser you use. Check our Cookies Policy for more information on these technologies.
Why do we process your Personal Data?
In the Facile Application we process your Personal Data exclusively for the functioning of the application. We do not transfer your data to third parties, nor do we use it for commercial activities.
Who can access your Personal Data and why?
We don't share your Personal Data with anyone, however there's one exception: for contact tracing purposes we will list the people who were on the same floor and in the same building as the person who tested positive for COVID-19 and share this list with the Health and Safety Officer of your company. We can only go back in time for 14 days, as stated above.
Transfer of your personal data
We may process your Personal Data outside of the country in which you are based (but not outside the European Economic Area).
What are your rights over your Personal Data?
If you no longer want to have your reservations in the system, all you need to do is stop making reservations for 14 days. At that point, all your past activity will have been made anonymous.
In case your company uses Teams and Business Unit assignements, you have the option to share your reservations with your colleagues. You can opt out of this mechanism in the user settings you control in the application.
If you would like to have your account deleted, please contact the administrator for Facile in your company.
If you are concerned about a possible interference with your privacy or misuse of your Personal Data by us you can contact us to make a complaint (see below).
Data security and retention
We use a variety of measures to keep your Personal Data confidential and secure, including restricting access to your Personal Data on a need to know basis and following appropriate security standards to protect your data.
